On Radcliffe: A relentless worker and one of the team's vocal leaders, Radcliffe enters his senior year looking to build off last year's success that stemmed from qualifying for the NJSIAA Meet of Champions in the 100 fly. Probably the team's most versatile swimmer, Radcliffe aims to qualify for states in multiple events this year, including the 200 free, 200 IM and 100 fly.

As a junior (2006-2007): Established himself as the team's top middle distance freestyler. Took ninth at the CAL Championships in the 200-meter free (2:08.39).
Personal: One of the team's leaders... can swim just about anything... qualified for the NJSIAA Meet of Champions last year in the 100 butterfly... competed for the Vineland YMCA Seals and Capri Swim Club
