     VINELAND - The Vineland High School boys swim team opened up their 2007-2008 season with a convincing 114-65 win over the Vineland Girls in the Fall Red & Gray Meet Tuesday night at Vineland High School.
     The Fighting Clan took first place in 11 of 12 events, getting two individual wins apiece from senior Andrew Radcliffe, junior Mike Oliva and sophomore Bryan Masilotti.
     Radcliffe took first place finishes in the 200-meter IM and 100 breaststroke . Oliva swam his personal best unshaved time in the 50 freestyle, winning convincingly. He then went on to win the 100 freestyle in a personal best time. Masilotti held down the fort in the distance freestyle events for Vineland, winning the 200 and 400  freestyles.
     The 200 medley relay team of Suparerk Anusontarangkul, Justin Reimels, Ryan Humphries and Jerry Capriotti opened up the meet with a win before Masilotti and Mike Smith took a 1-2 finish in the 200 free. Radcliffe then won the 200 IM before Oliva, Capriotti and Anusontarangkul swept the 50 free.
     Humphries and Capriotti took 2-3 in the 100 butterfly and Oliva led a 1-2-5 finish in the 100 free before Masilotti, Chris Stenger and Smith swept the 500 free.
     The 200 free relay of Radcliffe, Reimels, Capriotti and Oliva won in a respectable time of 1:47.33, Anusontarangkul won the 100 back, Radcliffe won the 100 breast and the 400 free relay team of Radcliffe, Smith, Anusontarangkul and Oliva won to finish out the meet.
     Vineland's next action will be Saturday, December 1 at the Larry Blumenthal Relay Carnival at Atlantic City High School before opening up their regular season dual meet season at Egg Harbor Township Wednesday, December 5.
