at Vineland: This is Mike Schneider's first year as an assistant coach for the Vineland Boys' swim team.
before Vineland: Schneider swam four years for Vineland High School and was a member of 2002 team that won the program's fifth sectional title. He won honorable mention all-conference in the 500 free his senior season and did not swim in college. Schneider served as head coach of Capri Swim Club in Vineland for three years between the summers of 2003-2005, winning Vineland City Swim League titles each year. In 2006 he joined Dolphin Swim Club in Vineland, serving as assistant coach to John Casadia, Jr. Dolphin won the Suburban Swim League title in 2007. Schneider graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Journalism in May 2007.
